Mike Firenzi (Varsity Head Coach at Redwood High School) is a native of San Francisco & Corte Madera. He’s been around baseball his entire life and has been coaching high school baseball for over 20 years. A graduate of Redwood, Mike began his coaching career as the Frosh/Soph coach at Redwood in 1987. He went on to head the baseball program at Marin Catholic, where he led the Wildcats to numerous MCAL and NCS Titles and Coach of the Year honors. In his first year as the Varsity Head Coach in 2015, the Giants won the MCAL Championship and the DII NCS Championship ranking #1 Northern California, #4 in California and #21 in the Nation.  As one of the elite coaches and instructors in the Bay Area Mike has had countless players come through his program to go on and play in college and professionally.  In 2018, Firenzi was inducted into the Marin County Athletic Hall of Fame.

Nathan Bernstein has been the Varsity Head Coach at Tamalpais High School for the past 5 years.  During that time Tam has made the playoffs every season, and in 2019 won the MCAL Regular Season Championship. In 2020 before the season was cut short Tam was ranked 19th in the entire state of California. During this time Tam has had 10 players go on or commit to play at the next level (4- NCAA D1, 1- NCAA D2, 3- NCAA D3, 2- JUCO). Bernstein is also a Social Studies Teacher at Tam High.

Jamie Vattuone (Varsity Head Coach at San Marin High) was raised in Novato and played for Coach Steve Berringer at College of Marin. He started coaching at San Marin in 2007 as the Freshman Head Coach. He moved up the coaching ranks and took over the Varsity program in 2014 from long time Coach Mark Whitburn. He was the Assistant Coach during championship runs in MCAL in 2007 and NCS in 2008, 2011 and the Head Coach of the 2018 NCS Championship team. He played with some great players, played for some great coaches, and coached with great coaches and loves to share all his experiences with today's up and coming ball players.

Taber Watson (Varsity Head Coach at Drake High School) is a graduate of Redwood High School and played on the 2010 team that won the MCAL championship.  Taber was an All-League catcher that year and went on to become a pitcher at Chapman University where he made the All-Region team as a closer his Junior year.  Starting in 2015 Taber was the Freshman Baseball coach at Redwood High School and starting this year, 2019, Taber is the head Varsity coach at Drake High School.

Coach Don MacQuarrie is the Varsity Head Coach at Novato High School.  Don has coached at the varsity level for 17 years at 5 different high schools in Marin.  Prior to that, Don was an umpire for the MCAL, and he coached at the youth level in Marin County.  While coaching at San Rafael High School, Don helped bring the San Rafael Bulldogs to the North Coast Section Championship game.  Through the years in the MCAL, Don has enjoyed watching many of his athletes go on to play at the next level, to include all levels of college as well as some being selected in the MLB draft.

Tom Connors (Program Director) played his College Ball at Brown University where he was a 4-year varsity pitcher and Co-Captain of the team his senior season. Tom has been coaching youth baseball for the past 30 years and was also the co founder of Linedrive Baseball in San Rafael. After leaving Linedrive he started Marin Baseball and is passionate about developing young baseball players in Marin County.
